Both of us grew up in the church, and we both questioned everything.

If you’ve ever doubted, or come close to losing your faith, you know it can be terrifying. Like going over the edge of the Grand Canyon without a tether.

We have both taken that leap in our lives when we were young. If you open your eyes, there’s a lot of brokenness in the church. A lot of hypocrisy. Lies, even. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

When we looked close, we were grieved. But here’s the thing. Turns out, we did have a tether when we lept. It was God.

In seeing the brokenness, we didn’t find less of Him. We found more of Him. He’s there in the healing, and He’s there in the Truth.

He’s a fact we can’t shake, and He’ll always be the One.
