Martin and Rafael were childhood friends who grew up on different sides of the law. Martin became a hired killer, while Rafael turned into a respected defense lawyer. Rafael defended Martin in a murder case and got him acquitted. For this, Martin promised undying gratitude and to be ready with the payment when Rafael asked for it. In due time, he did.
